Cost is $100 per team.

February Tournament News and Notes

The registrations and gym locations have been posted for the February tournament. Check the registrations page to see where you and your team is playing.

Note to Competitive teams, if you have any new players playing on your team this month you need to get those players names to Sophie (Sophie [dot] Pitre-Arseneault [at] dfo-mpo [dot] gc [dot] ca) so she can get them on the list at the Stad entry.

Also, the CVNS executive is looking for someone to help with the Court Rep duties for Super Rec A. Duties involve a monthly meeting to discuss any issues in your division, as well as some help with setting up and taking down the nets at the end of the tournament. It is very important that we fill this position ASAP, otherwise, there is a chance the Super Rec A division will have to cease play until someone is found. If you’re interested in helping out, please contact Kevin Reade (readek at eastlink.ca) or John Skelton (johnskelton at accesswave.ca).

Don’t forget that Saturday night after the tournament there will be the annual “Post-February Tournament Party”, as this month, CVNS raises money for KidSport in Nova Scotia. The festivities will begin around 9pm. Drink tickets will be available (in limited supply), so come on out after the tournament for some good times for a good cause!
